I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor as well as a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist. Check with your Insurance Provider for details of coverage, as extended benefit plans often include full or partial coverage. I do not have direct billing services, however, I can provide you with a receipt for insurance purposes.

It’s very important that your therapist is a safe and comfortable person for you. Research shows that the relationship between therapist and client is as vital as the mode of treatment used, so if I am not the person for you, or the loved one(s) you are bringing in, I will gladly recommend trusted colleagues.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Missed appointments are billed at the standard hourly rate. Late cancellation or missed appointment sessions are due when cancelled or upon notification of the missed appointment.

We will tailor the sessions to your needs. Generally speaking, clients initially come in weekly or biweekly, less frequently as we agree and discuss together. One size does not fit all.

One hour for individuals. 90 minutes - 2 hours for groups.

$135 per hour for one person. $160 per hour for groups.
